Marcus Hernandez
President
I began my career with an Electrical Apprenticeship in 1980, working
for local (Arizona) Electrical Commercial Contractors. I quickly became an asset to whom ever I was employed with. I was taught
in the field by seasoned journeymen and foremen. Completed daily job tasks and was enrolled in nightly Electrical Code and
Mathematics classes. Eventually I became a qualified apprentice substitute instructor.
While
advancing in my career I was hand picked for special Industrial projects as a journeyman/serviceman; Grand Canyon Pump Station,
Fuel Tank Farm Injection System, Intel, Honeywell, Motorola Facilities, Concrete Batch Plants, and all manner of commercial
buildings from multiple level (High Rise) to Grocery Stores and warehouses.
I continued education
in High Voltage applications certified up to 13.5 KV with Raychem and, AC power systems conditioning with Dranetz. Later I
became a General Foreman of a leading contractor's service department responsible for Residential, Commercial, Industrial
Service technicians and, apprentices. I was recipient of several performance awards.
I'm
Interested in professionalism and, integrity in the industry. I began to develop relations in the business aspect with, suppliers
and customers. I was instrumental in the start up of other Electrical Contracting Businesses Including the Telecommunication
and Data Communication fields.
Thus this became the spring board to MBT Inc. with over 25 years
experience. Incorporated in 1997 we are well into our 10th year anniversary.
We are in partnerships
with leading equipment providers; Lucent Technologies, Vertical Communications Inc., Telecor, Intel, Es-tech Inc., Dialogic,
Sprint. Supplying clients with Telecom, Fiberoptic and datacom equipment and services such as ; Chevron, Frito Lay, City of
Casa Grande, Summit Builders, Momentum Commercial Real Estate, Wrigley's Manufacturing, The Better Business Bureau and
many more.
